McShane Construction Company was the design/builder of Bolingbrook Point Two, a 270,000-square-foot cross-dock bulk distribution facility. The facility was leased by Quantum Foods as a regional distribution center for its high-quality steaks for the food service and retail markets.
The facility features 40′ x 48′ bays, a 30′ clear height, four drive-in doors and 32 exterior truck docks. The interior design includes a 200,000-square-foot freezer, dry storage areas, a large staging and shipping component and an office support area.
The 12.4 acre site provides parking for 200 cars with available trailer parking and offers immediate access to and frontage on Interstate 55.
