McShane Construction Company was selected as the design/builder of the 57,700-square-foot National Office of Training and Education for OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
The build-to-suit headquarters is located on a 2.5-acre site at 2020 S. Arlington Heights Road in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
More than 3,000 students per year utilize the facility’s six classrooms and three instructional labs for workplace safety and health courses.
McShane constructed the three-story facility with architectural precast panels accentuated with tinted glass windows.
The Rego Group was selected by the U.S. General Services Administration, the federal government’s real estate manager, as the developer of the project.
