McShane Construction Company provided the comprehensive design/build construction services for the BMW Walker Training Facility, a 52,567-square-foot automotive training facility located in College Park, Georgia on behalf of Pure Development.
The contemporary facility features tiltwall construction and encompasses 13 classrooms, 13 workshops, locker rooms, special tools storage, two professional training classrooms, break room and administrative area.
Walker Training Facility is bisected along the length of the building by a Main Street corridor, which will feature a higher roof clearance with clerestory windows and accommodate vehicles coming in and out of the workshop areas from a secure parking area.
