McShane Construction Company was selected by developer, John F. Long Properties, to provide comprehensive construction services for the expansion of the Desert Sky Esplanade in Phoenix, Arizona.
The 28,800-square-foot retail complex is located on a 6.75-acre parcel adjacent to the popular Desert Sky Mall.
The expansion of the Desert Sky retail development, which currently includes Walmart and Lowe’s, is anchored by a 12,000-square-foot Party City store.
A retail banking operation and a popular cellular phone company have also leased retail stores at the complex offering convenient financial, cell phone and accessories services.
