Camelback Esplanade Plaza
McShane Construction Company was selected by the Camelback Esplanade Association to provide the reconstruction services for a 45,000-square-foot plaza located within the Camelback Esplanade corporate business park.
The assignment encompassed the complete renovation of the original 20-year-old plaza including the removal and replacement of concrete pavers and borders, drainage systems and stairs.
McShane also retrofitted existing lighting, completed all landscaping and added aesthetic shade canopies for the comfort and protection of patrons.
