McShane Construction Company completed a 150-car, 2.5-story parking garage as part of a build-to-suit assignment for Comcast.
Located on a redeveloped site on North Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, the 100,000-square-foot, two-story facility is comprised of 65,000 square feet of office space and 35,000 square feet of warehouse space.
The build-to-suit features a fully-integrated customer service center, three drive-in doors and two depressed docks to provide convenience and efficiencies for employees and operations within the facility.
