Von Karman Tech Center
McShane Construction Company completed the 8,900-square-foot renovation of four interior lobbies and exterior improvements at the Von Karman Tech Center in Irvine, California on behalf of owner, HighBrook Investment Management.
The project included the installation of a new staircase with an upgraded handrail and guardrail system, new floor and wall finishes, a mezzanine expansion, restroom improvements and elevator cab improvements.
The exterior improvements included a new smooth plaster facade over existing tiltwall aggregate panels, new building monument signage, improvements to the existing parking lot and reworking of building entrances to satisfy current ADA requirements.
