McShane Construction Company was selected as the design/builder for the 130,000-square-foot, LEED-Silver certified headquarters office expansion for Medline Industries.
The new three-story build-to-suit office building was constructed as an addition to the firm’s existing two-building campus.
The exterior utilizes attractively designed architectural precast and glass. The interior of the facility contains private offices, open workstations, conference and training areas and a glass entryway featuring double revolving doors.
McShane completed sitework and a surface parking lot offering 425 stalls. Two fully-enclosed walkways providing convenient connection to the existing buildings were also constructed.
