McShane Construction Company completed the construction of the International Truck & Engine corporate headquarters. The project utilized two different architectural firms to complete the exterior design and interior space planning.
The build-to-suit assignment consisted of a six-story, 262,037-square-foot facility located on a 26-acre site at the Cantera office park in Warrenville, Illinois.
The exterior of the facility features blue tinted glass accented by architectural precast spandrel panels offering a prestigious and timeless appearance for this prominently situated building.
The facility features open office configurations along with amenities such as a dining area, a wellness center, breakrooms and ancillary support services.
