East Gateway Centre
McShane Construction Company completed the construction of East Gateway Centre, an 11-acre, multi-building office complex within the Phoenix Gateway Office Park.
The complex is comprised of two four-story buildings totaling 228,000 square feet of office space and an on-site, multi-tier parking structure. The project included leases executed by Malcolm Pirnie, Inc., Alliance Bank of Arizona, Coldwell Banker Success Realty and Clear Channel Communications, among others.
The office buildings feature sophisticated technology support systems including fiber-optic availability, redundant power connectivity, security systems with keycard access and computerized HVAC systems.
The complex offers generous surface parking and features an adjacent structured parking deck that accommodates over 340 vehicles.
