DIRTT Environmental Solutions

McShane Construction Company was selected to complete the modified design/build construction of a 72,000-square-foot tenant suite on behalf of DIRTT Environmental Solutions.

The tenant suite is situated within a large single-story industrial facility located at 836 E. University Drive in Phoenix, Arizona.

The construction assignment included 20,000 square feet of office space together with 52,000 square feet of manufacturing areas.

Butler Design Group and Phoenix Design One provided the architectural services for this tenant improvement assignment.
