McShane Construction Company was selected to provide design/build construction services for 4600 East Washington, a six-story, 193,000-square-foot office building located at 44th and Washington Streets in Phoenix, Arizona.
The six-story structure was constructed of post-tension concrete with an attractive metal finish and ribbon glass windows.
A two-story atrium with ample window lines highlights an attractive lobby for the multi-tenant reception area.
The new office facility is located within the 18-acre Washington Corporate Center that includes hotel, restaurant and retail venues and is situated on the new Metro Light Rail system.
