Campus Circle
McShane Construction Company was selected by The Bainbridge Companies to provide the construction services for Campus Circle, a 524-bed student housing development located at 1010 West University Avenue, adjacent to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
The five-story apartment complex incorporates 181 apartment units in one-, two- and four-bedroom configurations. The development also features 2,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level and a 291-space integrated parking garage.
The student housing residences incorporate granite countertops, modern appliances and vinyl plank flooring. The complex features an outdoor pool and 13,500 square feet of amenity space including a technology area, a fitness center and a rooftop deck with seating area.
