Las Brisas Manor
The Paces Foundation selected McShane Construction Company to provide comprehensive construction services for Las Brisas Manor, a 48-unit independent senior living facility located in Del Rio, Texas.
The 60,000-square-foot development utilized funds from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs HOME Investment Partnerships Program. The building features energy-efficient, cost-effective materials and Energy Star kitchen appliances. This project represents the first senior living facility in the state of Texas constructed to Green Built Texas standards.
The interior of each unit incorporates multiple flooring finishes, nine-foot ceilings, window coverings, washer/dryer connections and an outdoor patio or balcony. Amenities also include a fully-furnished community center, a fitness center, a laundry room and a outdoor pavilion with barbecue grills and patio seating.
