Tapestry Glenview
McShane Construction Company was selected by Lennar Corporation to provide comprehensive construction services for Tapestry Glenview, a 341,571-square-foot luxury apartment residence located on a 5.5-acre site at 2551 Waterview Drive in Glenview, Illinois.
Tapestry Glenview is comprised of 290 one- and two-bedroom units within the four-story, wood frame building. The residence was constructed around a five-story, 151,779-square-foot precast concrete parking structure for 482 vehicles.
McShane also constructed a 7,500-square-foot clubhouse and leasing center in addition to outdoor amenity areas including a swimming pool and landscaped courtyards.
