McShane Construction Company was selected by Trammell Crow Company to provide the construction services for Park 205, a LEED-Certified apartment residence in Park Ridge, Illinois.
The three-story 115-unit apartment complex features a podium style construction with below grade parking and a brick, metal and HardiePanel exterior.
Each residence features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and in-unit washers and dryers. Amenities include a leasing office, bike storage, an outdoor pool, a club room, a fitness center and three courtyards that provide outdoor seating with grills and a fire pit.
Sitework completed by McShane included the demolition of an existing structure, lush landscaping, on-site below grade parking for 164 vehicles and 34 surface parking spaces.
