McShane Construction Company provided the general construction services for Solstice Apartments on behalf of repeat client, South City Partners. The 308-unit apartment complex is comprised of seven residential buildings situated throughout a 20-acre site. Each apartment is outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank and ceramic tile flooring and in-unit washers and dryers. The complex features a craftsman-style design incorporating an elegant blend of stone veneer and fiber cement siding and panels on the exterior facade. These elements complement an asphalt shingle roof and classic window lines.
Additional property amenities include a fully-equipped fitness center and an on-site leasing and management building together with a variety of outdoor recreational spaces. Tenants enjoy a resort-style, beach entry swimming pool with surrounding seating, fire pits, outdoor grills and pavilions. The property also has a bocce court, a sand volleyball court, a secured dog park and substantial paved walking paths throughout the complex.
