McShane Construction Company provided the comprehensive construction services for The Barrett, a luxury multi-family development on behalf of Pollack Shores located in Marietta, Georgia.
The Barrett consists of 200 apartment units spread across five four-story buildings in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The development features wood frame construction with a brick and fiber cement siding exterior.
Central amenities include a leasing office, a fitness center, a hospitality room, a gathering area with gallery and a club room encompassing a TV lounge, an arcade and a demonstration kitchen. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with a deck and grilling stations.
