The Quincy in Acworth, Georgia, is McShane’s fourth multi-family assignment for client, RangeWater Real Estate. Situated on 19 acres, the 339-unit development features eight three- and four-story, garden-style apartment buildings.
The apartments are offered in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations and feature granite countertops and upgraded appliances in the kitchen. Residents can also enjoy balconies or ground floor patios off of their units.
On-site amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center and pool, as well as a mail kiosk and a maintenance/car wash building. McShane is also completing on-site parking, which includes 577 spaces.
