David Rintz, Regional Vice President – Multi-Family, was named to GlobeSt.com’s list of 2025 Influencers in Multi-Family. David joined McShane in 2004 as a Project Manager. Over the past 21 years, he has proven himself to be an impactful leader and influencer in the multi-family real estate industry. He is an expert in a variety of product types including market-rate, affordable, supportive, and senior housing. Over the course of his career at McShane, David has overseen the construction of nearly 30 multi-family projects totaling five million square feet, 3,600 units, and $850 in value.

He has delivered 15 affordable and supportive housing residences that provide safe, quality homes for underserved populations across 11 communities. For example, when working with a non-profit to build a supportive housing residence for young mothers and children experiencing homelessness, David recommended a shift from a solid brick design to a wood-frame structure with brick veneer. This change saved the client both time and money, demonstrating his ability to align construction strategy with his client’s goals.
