David Rintz, Regional Vice President – Multi-Family, was named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ list of Notable Leaders in Community Development.
Since joining McShane in 2004, David has managed the construction of 23 multi-family developments throughout the Chicago area totaling 2,700 units. Thirteen of these projects are in the affordable housing sector, providing much-needed housing for low-income individuals and families.
David is also a member of the Board of Directors for New Moms, a non-profit that provides critical services and coaching around housing, job training and family support for pregnant and parenting young women living in Chicago communities.
