Clybourn 1200 was named Best Multi-Family Building at the 2021 PCI Design Awards. Located in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood, the mixed-use development features 84 mixed-income units, 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a 25,000-square-foot indoor parking garage.
The development was constructed of precast concrete that utilizes a blend of textures and colors adding architectural interest to the prominent corner structure. Sleek aluminum windows with varying mullion designs accent the modern design while steel and glass canopies at the retail and residential entrances emphasize the contemporary lines of the building.
