McShane Construction Company was selected to provide comprehensive construction services for the Pointe O’Hare office development, an 11-story, 263,000-square-foot Class A office building and integrated retail component in Rosemont, Illinois.

As part of the assignment, McShane constructed an attached six-story structured parking garage that supplies 992 parking spaces for tenants and their guests.

McShane’s design/build professionals utilized over 1,600 tons of steel, 540 precast panels and over 8,000 cubic yards of concrete to complete the Pointe O’Hare office complex.
