As Director of Florida Operations, Elliott oversees the day-to-day operations of McShane Construction Company’s Central Florida Regional Office. He is responsible for the award, implementation and successful delivery of projects, ensuring each development meets client expectations for quality, schedule and budget.

Elliott joined McShane in 2017 and established the firm’s office in Orlando in 2026. Known for his ability to execute complex projects, he brings a strategic approach to each phase of the construction process.

Elliott holds a Master of Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University.
