As Director – Business Development, Daniel drives strategic growth initiatives and cultivates long-term client relationships within the industrial sector. He identifies new build-to-suit opportunities for manufacturing, distribution, cold storage, and food and beverage clients, bringing a results-driven, relationship-first approach to each assignment.
Daniel joined McShane in 2026 with over a decade of experience leading high-value pursuits, managing project pipelines, and supporting projects across the country.
He is a graduate of Calvin University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing.
